New Age of Maple Heroes
Kinesis was a normal student attending the School for the Gifted in the real world.

One day he mysteriously gained telekinetic powers. With a strong sense of justice,
Kinesis quickly put his new found power to good use by helping people in need.

Around the same time that Kinesis gained his powers, strange occurrences started happening

around his town, always preempted by a mysterious message from someone online calling
themselves 'WM'.  While following one of the leads from the mysterious WM, Kinesis was
pulled into a catastrophic sinkhole that also destroyed a large part of the city.

Kinesis was saved by the magician Nero, and brought to Maple World. Kinesis now

must train in Maple World so that he can gain enough power to return home and save his
world. Uncover the mystery behind Kinesis' powers and become a true hero in both worlds!

2. Korean Folk Town
This content will be available as of 6th July.

Requirement: Lv. 125 or above.
• Korean Folk Town has just been reopened and the folk tales are in trouble!
• Accept the quest 'A Letter from the Library' from the quest notifier on the left

side of the screen.

• The Librarian has sent a letter to ask for your help in saving Korean Folk Town.
• It's now your job to save the folk stories with the help of Moni and your handy

dandy kaleidoscope! 
• Save each of the folk stories from crumbling and collect the 7 Jades of the Town.
• Once you've collected them all, you will be rewarded with a medal.
Reward:
• Like Clouds and Winds: Untradable, Req. Lv. 130, STR/DEX/INT/LUK: +7,

• Oz’s Flame Gear: At Master Level: Duration decreased from 40 seconds to 15 seconds.

DoT damage increased from 100% to 130%. DoT duration decreased from 8 seconds to
5 seconds.

Warrior
1st Job
• Iron Body: At Master Level: Duration decreased from 300 sec to 200 sec.

Hero
2nd Job
• Combo Attack: At Master Level: Attack Power for each Combo Count: +2.
• Weapon Booster: At Master Level: Duration increased from 180 sec to 200 sec.

Casting delay reduced.
• Rage: At Master Level: Duration increased from 180 sec to 200 sec.

Casting delay reduced.
• Weapon Mastery: At Master Level: Damage +5% when equipped with an Axe.
• Combo Fury: Added a function where character charges enemy when used while

• Resurrection: Revived characters will now be invincible for 3 sec.
• Bahamut: At Master Level: Added a function that applies a debuff on attacked enemies,

making them vulnerable to Holy attacks. Debuff duration: 60 seconds.
Holy damage increased from debuff: +25%. Debuff is removed when enemy is hit
with a Holy attack.

Hyper Skills
• Righteously Indignant: Monster elemental resistance: -25%. Can use Teleport during

Angel Ray. Added Final Damage: 25%. Elemental attribute resistance increased
from -25% to -10%.

Bowman
1st Job
• Archer Mastery: Ability to use this skill without consuming arrows removed.

Battle Analysis System
The new Battle Analysis system has been added. This new system will record all of your

battle statistics for up to 60 minutes at a time. Use it to formulate new strategies and find
out how to really maximize your damage output and battle effectiveness.

• The Battle Analysis system allows you to measure the damage you do and the Mesos/EXP

you obtain in a time frame.
• You can access it through the Menu -> Battle Analysis button.
• You can minimize/maximize the size of the UI window with the +/- button.
• While minimized, you will be able to see the current analysis session time, your total damage

for the session, and your total acquired EXP for the session.
• While maximized, you'll get a more detailed summary of the current session.


You'll be able to see the following information:

o Number of times each skill was used
o Total number of attacks for each skill
o Minimum and Maximum damage (per hit) for each skill
• The Battle Analysis system can record sessions up to 60 minutes at a time.

If it is left on for more than 60 minutes, the system will stop recording.
• The current Battle Analysis results will be erased when a new session is started.

5. Hyper Stat System
• A new Hyper Stat system has been added.
• Starting from Lv. 140, you will receive Hyper Stat Points which can be used to increase

your Hyper Stats. You can access your Hyper Stats by clicking on the "Hyper Stat"
button in your Character Stat window.

• Hyper Stats that you can raise are:
o STR: 15 - 150 (max level 10)
o DEX: 15 - 150 (max level 10)
o INT: 15 - 150 (max level 10)
o LUK: 15 - 150 (max level 10)
o HP: 2% - 20% (max level 10)
o MP: 2% - 20% (max level 10)
o Demon Force: 10 - 50 (max level 5)
o Speed: 4 - 20 (max level 5)
o Jump: 2 - 10 (max level 5)
o Critical Rate: 1% - 15% (max level 10)
o Minimum Critical: 1% - 10% (max level 10)
o Maximum Critical: 1% - 15% (max level 10)
o Defense Ignore: 3% - 30% (max level 10)
o Damage: 3% - 30% (max level 10)
o Boss Damage: 3% - 35% (max level 10)
o Elemental Resistance: 4% - 20% (max level 5)
o Status Resistance: 1% - 15% (max level 10)
o Stance: 2%~10% (max level 5)

• Every 10 levels after Lv. 140, the number of Hyper Stat Points you get

upon level up will be increased.
o Starting at Lv. 140, you will get 3 Hyper Stat Points per level up. For every 10 levels after

that,you will receive 1 more Hyper Stat Point per level up (Ex: Lv.140 - 149 you’ll get 3,
Lv.150 - 159 you’ll get 4, Lv.160 - 169 you’ll get 5, etc.).

• As you level up a Hyper Stat, it starts to require more and more Hyper Stat Points

to increase to the next level. So be sure to spend those points wisely.

• If you're unhappy with your current Hyper Stat Point allocation, you can reset your

Hyper Stats for 10 million Mesos..
 

6. Transfer Hammer
Transfer Hammer
Requirement: Lv. 40 or above
• With the Transfer Hammer system, players will be able to transfer stats such as Star Force
enhancements, Souls, and Potentials from one piece of equipment to another.
o To initiate the transfer, click the icon in the bottom-right corner of the item inventory

window - next to the Star Force Enhancement icon.
o You can transfer stats to another piece of equipment up to 10 levels higher than the
original equipment.
o Please be aware that the original piece of equipment will be lost after transferring.
• Star Force enhancements will be reduced by 1 when transferring to another
piece of equipment.

• If the Potentials on the original item are Epic-rank or lower,
the stats of the Potential will be transferred over completely.

If the Potentials on the original item are Unique-rank or higher, the stats of

the Potential will be changed to their Epic-rank equivalents.
However, if the stats of the Potential are only available at
Unique-rank or higher, they will be changed to random Epic-rank stats.

• The tradability of the original equipment will not be transferred.
• If the equipment that you are transferring stats to still has upgrade slots remaining,
Spell Trace scrolls will be used automatically to use the remaining upgrade slots.

• Please be aware that the Transfer Hammer system cannot be used on the following
equipment:
o Superior equipment
o Equipment with unique potential options (not the rank but like the Onyx Ring, etc.)
o Equipment with an expiration date
o Equipment that are locked with an Item Guard
o Cash items
o Equipment that cannot be enhanced with Star Force
o Equipment that cannot receive Potentials
o Equipment with unique skills
o Zero-only weapons (Lapis, Lazuli)

9. Mu Lung Dojo Rework

Beasts of Mu Lung

Requirement: Lv. 105 or above
• The Mu Lung Dojo has been revamped to become the Beasts of Mu Lung Dojo.
• A new ranking system has been implemented that will change the previous single

rankings to a 3-tiered system, each with their own leader boards.
• Depending on how you rank within your tier, you'll receive points that can be spent

at the Mu Lung Dojo Point Shop.

Rules and Requirements:
• You must be Lv. 105 or above to enter the dojo.
• The dojo can be reached through each town's Quick Move or the Dimensional Mirror.
• The dojo can be challenged 3 times per day.
• The dojo has a total of 41 floors. You will move onto the next floor after every monster

on each floor has been defeated.
• The new rankings are split into three tiers: Entry Level, Mastery, and Expertise.

You can also compare yourself to others of the same class on the Expertise tier.
• The rankings are reset every Monday at midnight. Depending on your ranking, you will

be rewarded gloves and titles. These gloves and titles can also be purchased with points
in the Mu Lung Dojo Point Shop.

Beasts of Mu Lung Ranking
• The new rankings are divided into 3 tiers: Entry Level, Mastery, and Expertise.

The highest tier, Expertise, is also separated into 'Overall Ranking' and 'Job Ranking'.

o Mastery: Lv. 141 - Lv. 180
o Expertise: Lv. 181 and above

• Your ranking on the leader board is dependent on the highest floor that was cleared,

and the total amount of time spent. The higher the floor, the higher the ranking.
The lower your time spent, the higher your ranking will be. If you have cleared the
same floor as someone else, the player with the lower time will have a higher ranking.
If you have the same overall time as someone else, the player who received that time
first will have the higher ranking.
• The Mu Lung Dojo will be closed every Sunday from 11:30 PM to Monday at 12:30 AM

CE(S)T in order to compile the results for the week. During this time, you won't be able
to receive any rewards or check the rankings.

Mu Lung Dojo Unity Training Center
• The new Mu Lung Dojo Unity Training Center allows you gain EXP

over time based on your character's level.
• Enter the Unity Training Center by talking to So Gong in the main hall
• You must use a Unity Training Center Charm to enter the training center.

Unity Training Center Charms can be purchased from the point shop.
• Each Unity Training Center Charm has a specified amount of time, which

will allow you to enter the training center for that amount of time. Once the
time is expired, you will automatically exit the training center.
• If you choose to exit the Unity Training Center before the time expires,

you will lose any remaining time.

Scarecrow Summoning Sacks
• Using a Scarecrow Summoning Sack will summon a Scarecrow that can be

attacked in your place.
• Scarecrows can only be summoned in town and can only be summoned one at a time.
• The level of the scarecrow can be set by the one who summons it.
• The scarecrow has a high amount of HP and will not be defeated easily.

However, it will disappear 15 minutes after it is summoned.

10. Spiegelmann's Ghost Park
This content will be available as of the 6th July.
Spiegelmann's Ghost Park

Requirement: Lv. 125 or above.
• Spiegelmann is back with a spooky new Monster Park! Enter the Ghost Park through

the Dimensional Mirror or through the portal on the right side of Korean
Folk Town, and speak to Spiegelmann.

• Players above Lv. 145 will be allowed to participate but the ghostly monsters

will not level past that.
• Spiegelmann's Ghost Park has an entry limit of 5 times per day.
• Enter the portal next to Spiegelmann to begin your horrors in the Ghost Park.
• You have 10 minutes in the park to hunt as many monsters as you can. If you die,
you won't lose any EXP earned.

Charms
• Charms can be selected before entering to increase the difficulty.

There are 7 different charms, each with their own effect, with 3 levels each.
o Charm of Rage: At certain intervals, a fire tornado will attack a random area.
o Charm of Regret: After monsters regenerate, their damage will be increased

for a certain period of time.
o Charm of Greed: After monsters regenerate, their size and health will increase over time.
o Charm of Sloth: Characters who stand still for a certain period of time will take damage.
o Charm of Envy: A banshee will follow you and damage you every few seconds.
o Charm of Gluttony: The effects of recovery runes are decreased.
o Charm of Jealousy: Bullets will be randomly fired in all directions.
• Use all 21 Charms to have an EXP increase of 750%!

Bonuses
• While hunting in the Ghost Park, you will not only receive bonus EXP from Charms,

but you will also receive bonus EXP depending on how you're doing.
o Hunting Bonus: As you hunt more monsters, you will gain bonus experience,

and increase the monster levels.
o HP Risk Bonus: The lower your character’s HP, the more bonus experience

you can gain. You will receive bonus "HP Risk EXP" depending on how low your HP is.
You will not be able to use potions while in Ghost Park; instead there will be the occasional

Rune that appears to give you HP.

• Monsters have the chance to drop special Pocket items:
o Chicken Charm: Untradable, Req. Lv. 120, Weapon ATT: +2
o Rat Charm: Untradable, Req. Lv. 120, Magic ATT: +2

11. Zakum Rework

Zakum's art, animations, and attacks have been updated.
• Zakum will now have the following attacks and phases depending on each mode:
o 1st Phase: Used in Easy, Normal, and Chaos mode.
Hand Smash: Zakum will target specific locations on the map for 2 seconds then smash

his hands down on those areas.
Players caught in these areas will be stunned and take damage.

o 2nd Phase: Used only in Chaos mode.
Platforms will appear while fire engulfs the bottom floor.

Players in the fire will take damage.
Hand Clap: Zakum will target one floor of the platforms for 2 seconds,

and then clap his arms and attack those platforms.
Zakum's hands will be marked red during attack reflections.

*Used in Normal and Chaos mode.
Phase 2 will continue until all of Zakum's arms have been destroyed.

o 3rd Phase: Used in Easy, Normal, and Chaos mode.
Zakum's hands will respawn and grab players. After some time with no damage taken to the arm,

the player being held will be killed. This attack will not occur if there are fewer than
2 people fighting Zakum.
Zakum will summon monsters whenever his arms are destroyed.
Zakum will gather his energy and cause a big explosion.
Phase 4 will begin once Zakum has less than 20% HP.

o 4th Phase: Used in Easy, Normal, and Chaos mode.
Zakum will teleport to random parts of the map and slam to the ground.

A barrier will be created around the area where he slams. Players will be knocked back by
Zakum when he jumps up. Players that do not enter the barrier before he slams down
will be instantly killed.Zakum will summon monsters from Phase 3.
The map will begin to shake and stalactites will fall.
• Death counts and potion cooldown timers have also been added to the Zakum boss fight.
• Each player will be given 5 lives during Normal and Chaos Zakum. Players will be given

50 lives in Easy Zakum.
• All modes will now have an entry limit of 2 per day for Easy and Normal Zakum, while

Chaos Zakum has an entry limit of 2 per week.
o Easy and Normal Zakums entry limits will be reset at midnight while Chaos Zakum

will be reset every Thursday.

• Chaos Zakum will now drop the following equipment:
Enraged Zakum's Helmet: Trade disabled when equipped.

Easy Mode: Empress Cygnus
Requirement: Lv. 140 and above
• Easy Mode for Empress Cygnus has been added. Enter Easy Mode:

Empress Cygnus through the Dimensional Mirror.
• Party up with others in the waiting lobby and enter in a group, or you can even enter solo.
• Empress Cygnus's skills and movements will be the same as Normal Mode,

except that she has lower health.
• You can fight Easy Mode: Empress Cygnus once per week.

Entry limits will be reset every Thursday.
• Easy Mode will still continue to drop the Piece of Darkness and Piece of Ruin items,

along with Soul Shards.

13 Bounty Hunter Brothers

Hunt monsters to get a chance to help out the Bounty Hunter Brothers, Pollo and Fritto.
• After hunting monsters, a portal will appear in the map.

Entering the portal will send you to one of four mini-games.

Protect Pollo:
• You will be given 3 minutes to clear 5 stages and keep Pollo alive.
• Monsters will appear from the left and right with 1 boss monster in each wave.
• The mini-game will end if Pollo dies at any point.
• Monsters will give an increased amount of EXP ranging from 560% to 5,400%.
Protect the Town:
• You will be given 5 minutes to clear 5 stages and keep the town safe from all the monsters.
• Monsters will appear from the right on both floors.
• Monsters on the bottom floor will be weaker with higher numbers, while the top floor will

have stronger but slower-moving boss monsters.
• The mini-game will end if the town's life reaches 0.
• Monsters will give an increased amount of EXP ranging from 560% to 1,800%.
Eagle Hunt:
• You will be given 30 seconds and 20 shots to hunt the eagles in the map.
• The mini-game will end when any of the following conditions have been met:
o The timer reaches 0.
o There are no more shots left.
o Once all of the Eagles, excluding the Bald Eagles, have been shot.
• Each Eagle will give a different amount of points:
o Normal Eagle: 50 points
o Black Eagle: 100 points
o Gold Eagle: 200 points
o Bald Eagle: -50 points
• Rewards will be given based on the amount of points received:
o 1 - 300 points: Basic Hunter Pouch

o 301 - 600 points: Intermediate Hunter Pouch
o 601 - 999 points: Intermediate Hunter Pouch (x2)
o 1,000 points: Advanced Hunter Pouch

Steal the Dragon Egg:
• You will be given 30 seconds to make it to the top and steal the dragon egg.
• Choose between 2 portals to make it to the next floor.
• Choosing the incorrect portal will result in a failure.
• Rewards will be given based on the floor that is reached:
o 1st Floor: Basic Hunter Pouch
o 2nd Floor: Intermediate Hunter Pouch
o 3rd Floor: Intermediate Hunter Pouch (x2)
o 4th Floor: Advanced Hunter Pouch
o 5th Floor: Advanced Hunter Pouch (x2)
o Dragon Egg: Super Advanced Hunter Pouch

14. Rune Revamp
• Three new runes have been added to field maps.
o Rune of Hordes: Increases the number of monsters summoning within the map for 1 minute.

The effect of this rune will be removed once leaving the map.
o Rune of Skill: Decreases the cooldown for skills with a greater cooldown of 5 seconds. T

he effect of this rune will be removed once leaving the map.
o Rune of Barrage: Ride an attacking airship for 1 minute.
• The Rune of Decay has been removed. Instead, the Rune of Destruction will now instantly kill

nearby enemies once it has been activated.

15. Other changes
- Kanna and Hayato skills have been slightly adjusted to synchronize better with the new
Hyper stat system.
- Various dialogues in tutorials have been slightly adjusted.
- Mastery Books can be bought in the General Stores of certain towns.
- Normal/Chaos Zakum now has a chance to drop Master Craftsman Cubes
 - A new Login system called Fairy Bros has been added.
During the month you will be able to pick up daily rewards.
You will have 28 days to complete the login event and receive all rewards.
The rewards will be reset when a new month starts.
- The Maple Guide Content Map has been updated

- The event UI has been updated
